Sustainability and ethical practices are at the core of everything we do. Our commitment to the environment is reflected in every aspect of our products, from the materials we use to the way we package and deliver them.

Good-for-Earth Materials

All materials used in Nopal Collection products are both vegan and eco-friendly. The exterior of our phone cases is crafted from innovative cactus leather, a sustainable and ethical alternative to traditional leather. This choice not only ensures a luxurious feel but also supports the well-being of our planet by avoiding animal products and reducing environmental impact.

 

The interior of our phone cases is made from 100% plant-based materials, which are completely biodegradable. This means that every component of your phone case, from the inside out, is designed to return to the earth without leaving harmful residues. Additionally, our magnetic wallets and other accessories follow the same strict guidelines, ensuring that every product is as kind to the planet as it is to your devices.

Biodegrad- & Recylc- ability 

At Nopal Collection, everything is either recyclable or biodegradable. This commitment extends to every detail, including our packaging. We use 100% biodegradable seaweed packaging, from Notpla®, an innovative choice that reduces waste and supports marine ecosystems by utilizing renewable resources. ​

Trees, for everyone from you

Sustainability isn't just about the materials we use; it's also about giving back to the planet. For every order placed, we plant one tree in partnership with Just One Tree. This initiative helps to combat deforestation, support reforestation efforts, and contribute to the fight against climate change. By choosing Nopal Collection, you are directly contributing to a greener future.

Ongoing Efforts to Help the Earth

We are always on the lookout for more ways to positively impact the Earth. Here are some of the areas we are currently working on to further enhance our sustainability efforts:

  • Sourcing Local Magnets: Currently, we ship our MagSafe magnets from abroad. However, we are actively seeking suppliers within the U.K. to reduce our carbon footprint associated with transportation.
     

  • Offsetting Carbon Footprint: Our cactus leather is sourced from Italy, a country known for its high-quality vegan leather. While we are proud of the quality and sustainability of our leather, we recognize the environmental impact of shipping. We are exploring various methods to offset our carbon footprint, including carbon credits and supporting local environmental projects.
     

  • Improving Shipping Methods: At present, we offer shipping through Royal Mail. We are committed to finding ways to improve the carbon footprint of our shipping processes. This includes looking into more eco-friendly shipping options and collaborating with logistics partners who prioritize sustainability.
