We offer free shipping on all Nopal Collection orders within the U.K.

Customised orders take an extra 24 hours to process before shipping.

Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer during peak periods.

We ship internationally! Shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout.
Returns Policy

Changed your mind? You have 15 working days from the date you receive your order to request a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please package it carefully and include a note with your order number.

Items returned more than 15 working days after delivery

Warranty

All Nopal Collection products come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. We'll cover any manufacturing defects.

The warranty doesn't cover wear and tear or any damage caused by accidents or misuse.

To make a warranty claim, please email returns@nopalcollection.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible. We may need you to return the item for inspection. If a manufacturing defect is found, we'll cover return shipping costs, and repair, replace, or refund your item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you about your refund status.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow time for your credit card company or bank to finalize the refund.
Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your package hasn't arrived, email contact@nopalcollection.com. We'll need a completed Declaration of Non-receipt form. Due to courier policies, investigations take a minimum of 15 working days.

We'll replace items lost in transit.
Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items. Email us at returns@nopalcollection.com to get started. Currently, exchanges are only offered for orders delivered in the U.K.
Shipping Costs

You'll be responsible for covering the cost of shipping your return. These costs are non-refundable.
